The mission of the Metropolitan Community College Athletic Department is to foster the growth of our student-athletes through a committment to the pursuit of excellence in academics, excellence in athletics and excellence in the community to ultimately develop well rounded student-athletes.

Vision

To be recognized regionally as a destination for the academic and athletic development and advancement of student-athletes. Through athletic and academic accomplishments, the department aims to be a vessel to organically promote and generate visibility of Metropolitan Community College within the local community and on a National stage through the NJCAA.
