Bio

Luke Hill officially joined the MCC coaching staff in the fall of 2023. Luke is a former participant in the Wolves Cross Country team and brings a familiarity with the structure and goals of the program. Prior to running at MCC, Luke participated in cross country and track at Raymore-Peculiar high school. As a two year member of the Wolves, Luke was a key member of the Wolves team that placed 19th at the NJCAA National Meet. In 2021-22, Coach Hill was awarded MCC Athletics Male Student-Athlete of the Year, a recognition of athletic excellence, academic excellence, and in supporting community service initiatives.

Luke is currently working on completing his computer science degree at UMKC. When he isn’t running and exploring various KC metro area trails, Luke enjoys participating in on-line gaming, spending time with friends and dabbling in creative writing projects.
