Team Stats
North Central Missouri College
MCC Baseball was back in action on Tuesday when they hosted the North Central Missouri College Pirates.
The scoring started early for both teams as the Pirates put up 6 runs while the Wolves scratched across 3 runs, all in the first inning. The game was forced into a weather delay with lightning in the area. Play was able to resume about an hour later.
After giving up 2 runs when play resumed in the top of the 2nd, the Wolves were able to fight their way back scoring 2 runs of their own including an RBI single from Collin Morris who went 3 – 5 on the day with 2 RBI's.
North Central was able to take control of the game scoring 5 runs combine from the 3rd to 5th innings. MCC was able to get 2 runs across in both the 8th and 9th innings but it was not enough as NCMC scored 3 runs of their own in the top of the 9th, making the final score 16-9.
