Dean's List - Spring 2022 Student Athletes

Metropolitan Community College, Kansas City, has announced the Dean's List for the Spring 2022 semester. The 2,544 students who received Dean's List recognition earned a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher while being enrolled in six or more credit hours.

This is a noteworthy achievement anytime but even more so in the era of COVID-19, MCC Chancellor Kimberly Beatty said in letters to Dean's List honorees.

"You'll recall that due to the ongoing pandemic, most students started their spring classes virtually," Dr. Beatty wrote. "I can't tell you how happy we were on Feb. 14 to see the campuses fill up with students again! Such adjustments seem to be the new normal, but your focus on academic success didn't waver."

A special CONGRATULATIONS to our student-athletes who made the Spring 2022 Dean's List this semester! We had 34 student-athletes make the list, with 11 of them earning a 4.0 GPA!
